Communism v. Capitalism

The Soviet official strongly believed that pollution is essentially capitalist problem only, not the socialist one. Therefore, since there were no private corporations in the USSR, there could have not been any pollution.

Here is a blog entry I found on the internet which makes a comparison between communism and capitalism, posing a question whether one system is better than another in relation to environment.
